Due to the nature of our products (living plants), we generally do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on plants once they have been delivered, unless they are damaged or defective.
