  • Standard Orders: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom Orders: Custom or large orders may require additional processing time. You will be notified of any delays via email.
  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to high demand.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply.
  • Local Pickup: Available at our Lexington, Kentucky location for free.

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States.

We take special care to package plants securely to ensure they arrive in excellent condition:

  • Protective Materials: All plants are wrapped and cushioned to prevent damage during transit.
  • Live Plant Guarantee: For live plants, we include detailed care instructions to help them thrive upon arrival.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Use the tracking number provided to monitor your package’s status and estimated delivery date.


7. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately:

  • Damaged Items: If your plants arrive damaged, email us at info@omegaelegance.net within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund as needed.
